This website does not set cookies and does not write to your browser's local storage. There are no advertising, tracking, or marketing cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
What the site stores
Nothing is saved on your device to remember you between visits. Each visit starts fresh, and the site has no sign-in.
Visit and speed measurement
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, and Vercel Speed Insights to see how fast pages load so slow pages can be fixed. They record the page visited, the referring site, rough location by country, basic device and browser details, and performance measures such as load time and layout shift. Neither uses cookies, and neither builds a profile of you or follows you across other sites.
Vercel processes this data for ShifuCut.
Prices in your currency
To show a price in your currency, your browser asks free public services two questions: which country you are visiting from, and today's exchange rate.
- api.country.is and get.geojs.io, for your country.
- cdn.jsdelivr.net and api.frankfurter.dev, for the exchange rate.
These services see your IP address and standard request details, as any website you visit does. ShifuCut does not receive or store the result. If a lookup is blocked or fails, prices stay in US dollars.

Links to the App Store and to other sites lead to services with their own cookie rules. Check their policies when you get there.
Changes
If the site starts to use cookies, this page will say which ones and why, and the date at the top will change.
